Western Australia Notice of Termination for Nonpayment of Rent (prior notice)
Western Australia landlords, if you have a tenant who has not paid the rent and you have already given them notice for this breach, terminate the tenancy by serving the tenant with this Notice of Termination for Non-Payment of Rent.
- The notice must be served by a landlord on a tenant who is in arrears in the rent payments under the terms of the tenancy agreement, but ONLY if not less than 14 days prior notice of the breach has been given to the tenant.
